Members,

If you've been getting club emails for a while, you know how much I love to
yank Sonny's chain - about his mom, about S-turns, or sometimes just for
breathing.

This week, I showed very poor judgment and made a comment about his
rigging.  I should have known better, as rigging is serious business -
people's lives are at stake, and as he should, Sonny takes that trust very
seriously.  I was out of line.

For the record - Sonny is a good rigger, and knows at least a thousand
times more about gear and rigging than I do.

So, if you have any doubt about Sonny's rigging skills based on anything I
have said or will say in the future - please discount my comments as
complete bullshit.  I've jumped Sonny's reserves with full confidence in
the past, and would do so again in the future.

That said, everything I've ever said about S-turns or his mom...  I stand
behind.
