Thanks to all involved, it is greatly appreciated. Maybe we could move the clubhouse to AZ, it is much warmer down there.
Lee, let me know if you need any help with anything other than climbing under the club house. You would probably have to dig me out. Old, slow and fat.

  with the heater going. The duct work underneath the clubhouse
  needs some major repairs  which would greatly increase the

  the weather warms a bit it would be great if a few of you

  In the next couple days we should be able to find out how much
  damage was done to the water pipes. Greg S will be going under
  the knife in a few days so maybe he can take care of the repairs
