[Members] Caravan in May

LSPC Members Here it goes,

 

For us to have the caravan on May 9-11 LSPC will need the members to commit
to help run the day to day operations.  We have gotten pretty good at
putting on the boogie and know the jobs that have to be done.

 

1st Bill L the Boogie Meister himself will not be available this weekend
it's all on us to make this happen.  All the behind the scenes stuff you
don't know about you will find out during this weekend!!!!

 

Manifest (very important)  they will need to take care of waivers this time
also

Cashier (very important) 

Rig checking (very important) we will have visitors coming in to jump the
turbine

Tandems (very important)  The only way we can even pay for the bird is with
tandems

Loading (very important)

Food and beverages will be your own responsibility as it sits right now.  

As you can see everything is VERY IMPORTANT 

 

There is not any plans to set up any electric for campers.  We only have
permission to use Plattsmouth for jumping right now.  No packing area yet no
tents.  Not going any farther until  we get commitments from you to help.
If we use the hanger at Plattsmouth we have to pay for its use.  So plan on
packing outdoors.

 

So before we sign the contact with Chicago the Board is requesting a
commitment for you to work.  

 

It would be a great way to kick off the season working together to make this
happen.

don't have much time to get my stuff done so we can pay for this
