[Members] Demonstration Jumps 2014

To all member,

This year all demonstration skydives at LSPC will have some form of liability insurance coverage. **NOTE, the liability coverage that comes with your USPA membership does NOT cover you during demonstration jumps**

Therefore if you want to participate in a demo jump you must do the following.

1)      Fill out the form attached to this email and get it to me before May 1st

2)      Be committed to any demonstration jump you sign up for, and sign up 5 days in advance (minimum)

3)      Notify me if any of the information that you submit on the attached form changes. i.e. you get a new license or you lose a rating etc…
I am not sure yet the exactly how we are going to handle signing up for demos this year, there will be more on that to come. The only thing
I can say for sure it this.

If you sign up for a demo YOU are YOU ALONE are committed to doing that demo. We CANNOT substitute jumpers after I submit the insurance paperwork and I have to have the paperwork in 3 days prior to the demo.
If for some reason we are unable to get insurance for a demo, the demo will be cancelled. I will take responsibility for this, but, I need everyone’s full cooperation in order to make this happen.

In other words if you are not 100% certain you will be available and able to perform in a demo then do not sign up for that demo.
