[Members] Static line video

This is just a sample of what we are working on for the static line
program. There are few things that we can do to improve upon this but it's
a start. I tried to get a view of the altimeter in camera to show the
correct altitude for each leg of the traffic pattern (it wasn't very
clear)as well as getting the runway cones in for distance reference.
