[Members] Manifests

Went through January manifests and they were hit or miss if they were good or not. Here are the items that I would like to seen done more consistently:

- Tickets filled out completely. Name, aircraft #, and load #.  Even if you hand your ticket to one person on the load, remind them to put the load onto the ticket. 
- Not using nicknames. We all know who Banana Shoes and Air Coach are, but who is Butters?
- Write altitude next to load on manifest.
- Carson should not be allowed to jump without a ticket. No ticket or credit card receipt means he didn't pay. 
- Credit card receipts in lieu of tickets was really good. Aircraft and load was written on the receipt. Thanks!
- Plenty of visitors in January. Most of their tickets look good and were with the manifest. 
- However, who's Beau R.? He's a visitor and didn't put in a ticket for a low  jump ($14). 
- Manifest all loads. There were 4 extra tickets with the same load number in a manifest but they weren't manifested. Looks like to me that load wasn't written down.
