a tough Wx weekend for LSPC but NE69 appreciated the rain & cool temps

Still some potential for fog <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=fog> across the area tonight with light winds and abundant boundary layer <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=boundary%20layer> moisture <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=moisture> in place. 																		   More sun is expected however on Monday the 4th of July, providing at least one decent day to celebrate over the long holiday weekend.

Clouds will be hard to break to overnight. MVFR <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=MVFR> conditions (Marginal Visual Flight Rules - means a ceiling between 1,000 and 3,000 feet) initially,
becoming IFR <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=IFR> (Instrument Flight Rules - means a ceiling between 500 and 1,000 feet) between 1 am to 3 am. 
Could see temporary LIFR <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=LIFR> (Low IFR - means a ceiling less than 500 feet) conditions at all sites between 4 am -9 am, 
then back to VFR <http://forecast.weather.gov/glossary.php?word=VFR> by 12-14 local.
