[Members] Amendment to SOP/Policy & Procedure

Board & Members,
Please consider this my in-writing submission for a proposed amendment to our current SOP/Policy & Procedure. According to Section 2: Amendments of our bylaws for the Aug 5th membership meeting.

Section 2: Amendments 1.      Amendments to these bylaws or the policies andprocedures may be made at any regular meeting of the members or, any specialmeeting of the members at which quorum is met2.      Any proposed Amendments shall be submitted inwriting to the board no later than 14 days prior to the meetings of the membersor special meeting at which the amendment may be adopted. 3.      The board will notify the members of suchproposed amendments no later than 7 days prior to the meeting of the members orspecial meeting at which the amendments may be adopted.
My proposed amendment is for SOP is Section 12: Tandem Operations -
 G. PROPOSED In case of maintenance or other unforeseencircumstances that would leave only one of the LSPC aircraft available for skydivingfor more than 2 consecutive weekends, the training officer will reschedule thetandems to have no more than 6 scheduled per day.
I did not see the number of members required for a quorum. So someone on the board please clarify.
