<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Anthony really came through for us. He had to replace the blower<BR>motor and doing that in zero degree temp took some doing. I<BR>was there giving him moral support but mostly I sat in my car<BR>with the heater going. The duct work underneath the clubhouse<BR>needs some major repairs which would greatly increase the <BR>efficiency of both the furnace and air conditioner. As soon as<BR>the weather warms a bit it would be great if a few of you <BR>skinny folks would tackle that task. Don't forget to let Anthony<BR>know how much he is appreciated. <BR> <BR>In the next couple days we should be able to find out how much<BR>damage was done to the water pipes. Greg S will be going under<BR>the knife in a few days so maybe he can take care of the repairs<BR>while he still has use of both arms.
