form of liability insurance coverage. **NOTE, the liability coverage that
comes with your USPA membership does NOT cover you during demonstration

signing up for demos this year, there will be more on that to come. The only

<P class=MsoNormal>If you sign up for a demo YOU are YOU ALONE are committed
to doing that demo. <B><U>We CANNOT substitute jumpers after I submit the
insurance paperwork </U></B>and I have to have the paperwork in 3 days prior
to the demo.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>If for some reason we are unable to get insurance for a
demo, the demo will be cancelled. I will take responsibility for this, but, I
need everyone’s full cooperation in order to make this happen.<o:p></o:p></P>

available and able to perform in a demo then do not sign up for that demo.
