It seems that every two or</p><p class=MsoNormal>three years someone gets greedy and tries to beat the system.</p><p class=MsoNormal>As long as I have been a member of LSPC we have had rules </p><p class=MsoNormal>against double manifesting which meant that if you have more than one </p><p class=MsoNormal>packed rig you could manifest upon landing or pack and when your</p><p class=MsoNormal>pin is in you may manifest. Of far as I know the system has worked </p><p class=MsoNormal>well but can you imagine what it would be like if everyone was</p><p class=MsoNormal>allowed to double and triple manifest. We are a club and everyone</p><p class=MsoNormal>should have the same opportunities which means sign up and </p><p class=MsoNormal>wait your turn. Someone has to be the bad guy and bring these</p><p class=MsoNormal>things up. I don’t mind being that guy. In fact I was recently told</p><p class=MsoNormal>I am a terrible person because I think the rules about dogs running</p><p class=MsoNormal>loose should be enforced.
