<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: black;">There has been a proposal to update and amend the Policies and Procedures for the club. Because of the passing of the By-Laws revision in December, there
are now significant gaps caused by the removal of some sections. In essence, there are two types of updates you will find to the current Policies and Procedures (P&P):</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: black;"> </span></p>
<ol start="1" type="1" style="margin-top:0in">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: black; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Already approved amendments that were passed during general membership meetings from the last revision date (February 2017).
These sections don’t require a vote due to already being discussed and passed previously.</span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="color: black; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Sections that were removed from the By-Laws. These sections were removed due the topic better aligning with being contained
within the Policies and Procedures. These sections do need approval since they are technically amendments to the documents.</span></li></ol>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: black;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: black;">Fundamentally there should be no changes to the intent or purpose of any section within the document or the sections that are being added from the previous
By-Laws removal. Additionally, the proposed P&P update does not take place of Travis’s ongoing discussions and eventual proposal of a comprehensive revision of the Policies and Procedures.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: black;">I have attached both the current and proposed Policies and Procedures. Please take the time to review the documents thoroughly. Due to the items addressed
above, there are no specific amendments listed and this proposal will be addressed as one motion. Provided we have quorum, we will discuss and vote on this at the March meeting.</span></p>
