[Pilots] [Board] C demo at Millard

Team,

I spoke with the FAA, if we do this jump all jumpers must have flotation
devices on. This is not wavier-able as its not on the list of things that
can be wavered per 14 CFR Part 91 section 91.905. I will be making a post
and email for members to sign up with this information included.
