[Members] clubhouse heat

Anthony really came through for us. He had to replace the blower
motor and doing that in zero degree temp took some doing. I
was there giving him moral support but mostly I sat in my car
with the heater going. The duct work underneath the clubhouse
needs some major repairs  which would greatly increase the 
efficiency of both the furnace and air conditioner. As soon as
the weather warms a bit it would be great if a few of you 
skinny folks would tackle that task. Don't forget to let Anthony
know how much he is appreciated. 
 
In the next couple days we should be able to find out how much
damage was done to the water pipes. Greg S will be going under
the knife in a few days so maybe he can take care of the repairs
while he still has use of both arms. Thanks so much to both of
