[Members] Double Manifesting

Yes the subject has come up again. It seems that every two or
three years someone gets greedy and tries to beat the system.
As long as I have been a member of LSPC we have had rules 
against double manifesting which meant that if you have more than one 
packed rig you could manifest upon landing or pack and when your
pin is in you may manifest. Of far as I know the system has worked 
well but can you imagine what it would be like if everyone was
allowed to double and triple manifest. We are a club and everyone
should have the same opportunities which means sign up and 
wait your turn.  Someone has to be the bad guy and bring these
things up. I don’t mind being that guy. In fact I was recently told
I am a terrible person because I think the rules about dogs running
loose should be enforced. Oh well…………………me bad………….
