The Jump Notification required by FAR 105.25 as been given to the proper 
folks

it is for a  3 nautical mile ( 3.45 s.m. ) radius of Plattsmouth airport , 
surface up to 15,000 MSL (13,796' AGL ) 


interpretation of the FAA day and time  lingo is - 

PMV 07/005  -  1607202100-1607210200   -   2016,  July 20  (Wed)  from  4 
pm until 9 pm ( local )

PMV 07/006    -  DLY 1300-0200 1607211300-1607250200   -  Daily from 8 am 
to 9 pm , 2016, July 21 - July 24 (Thur thru Sun ) 

FYI
the Sunday ending time - it was easier for the NOTAM fellow (FR)  to make 
it the same as  the Thurs , Fri, & Sat  times  than change it to expected 
ending time of 1800 L (2300 UTC)  on Sunday
